This vintage‑specific expression reflects the unique terroir of its field — altitude, soil, and climate — preserved through traditional slow cooking, natural fermentation, and careful distillation. After distillation, it is aged patiently in American oak barrels, allowing rich complexity to develop while retaining the vibrant essence of the agave.
