• Small batch straight bourbon whiskey produced by Nashville Barrel Company under the Nashtucky Whiskey Co. label in Nashville, Tennessee • Aged and bottled by Nashville Barrel Company • Distilled at an undisclosed Kentucky distillery from a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley • Aged 5–12 years (age statement may vary batch to batch); at least half of the aging took place in Kentucky • A nose of sweet vanilla bean opens onto rich notes of caramel and oak and a long, spicy finish • Non-chill filtered; bottled at cask strength (ABV varies from batch to batch; typically 55–60%) Slightly higher temperatures and location within the warehouse affect angel’s share, and while only a few hundred miles separate whiskey country in Kentucky and Nashville, there’s enough climatic difference to impact the barrels Nashtucky selects and further ages.
