The DAYTRIPPER CLASSIC was released in 1977, and has been reproduced in the 70's atmosphere. Made in the Philippines Brand Introduction Sierra Designs was founded in 1965 by two outdoor men, George Marks and Bob Watson. Based on the concept of "trusting lifes", the original 60/40 cross mountain parka was released three years later in 1968, woven with cotton and nylon, the original 60/40 cross has spread the name and quality of Sherla Designs to the world. And this mountain parka became the original model of all outdoor parkas, and it became a staple for the outdoorsman.
