The Pro-Fondi Evo is the upgraded version of the trusted Pro-Fondi portafilter cleaning system. Designed to improve workflow and hygiene in cafés, the Evo retains everything baristas love about the original while adding modern refinements. A sleeker exterior pairs with a digital control system featuring a timed 2-second cleaning cycle and automatic rotation reversal to extend impeller life. The result? Faster, quieter, and more effective portafilter cleaning that keeps your bar running smoothly.
The Evo comes ready to use with a 57 mm red impeller (compatible with most commercial machines such as Faema, Cimbali, Rancilio, Sanremo, Astoria, Wega, Nuova Simonelli, Bezzera, Brasilia, Elektra, La Marzocco, VBM, and others) plus a 53 mm blue impeller for machines like Spaziale, San Marco, Dalla Corte, and certain Astoria and Wega models.
