Distilled in 2008, this exceptional rum is crafted from molasses and fermented for 3–4 days before being distilled in a multi-column still. It spent 13 tropical years maturing in 200L bourbon casks in Belize City, developing depth and richness under the Caribbean sun. The journey continued with 2 additional years of continental ageing in 350L Ferrand casks in Javrezac, France, where it gained refined complexity. Bottled at 48.3% ABV, this rum is a bold and elegant expression of time, terroir, and tradition.
