Old Potrero Straight Rye Whiskey 6 Year is a pioneering spirit that helped spearhead the American Craft Whiskey revival post-Prohibition. Drawing inspiration from America's first distillers who favored rye as their grain of choice, Old Potrero was among the first to produce legally pot-distilled rye whiskey in the 1990s. This 6-year-old expression pays homage to America's rich whiskey-making heritage while showcasing the craftsmanship of the modern distillery. Aged in American oak barrels, this whiskey exudes a bold and complex character with layers of spice, sweetness, and a nutty finish, making it a standout for rye enthusiasts and whiskey collectors alike.
