Old Carter Straight American Whiskey KY Batch 3 — the third Kentucky-market exclusive batch from Old Carter Whiskey Co., founded by Mark and Sherri Carter, co-creators of Kentucky Owl. Like KY Batch 2 also in the collection, the KY designation identifies this as a batch produced exclusively for Kentucky distribution — smaller production than the nationally distributed numbered batches, making it scarcer and more collectible.
State-specific Old Carter batches represent a separate chapter in the catalog from the numbered national releases. Non-chill filtered, barrel strength, hand-labeled by Sherri Carter in the signature Old Carter format.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does KY Batch 3 compare to KY Batch 2 also in the collection?
Both are Kentucky-market exclusives from the same Old Carter program — separate production lots for Kentucky distribution only, each representing a different batch selection from the sourced barrel blend. Together they form a within-series KY exclusives pair.
