Barrel strength. Small batch. Old Carter Batch 3-KY — the third Kentucky straight bourbon batch from Old Carter Whiskey Co., consecutive with Batch 2-KY also in the Wooden Cork collection.
Batch 3-KY is the immediate successor to Batch 2-KY in the Old Carter Kentucky bourbon program — two consecutive early-program batches documented in a single inventory. Together they form a consecutive founding-era pair from the bourbon arm of the Old Carter program, alongside the 12 Year Single Barrel #1 (134.9 proof) which represents the apex single barrel expression of the same program.
