Oban 15 Year Old Sherry Cask Finished

Nestled between ancient cliffs and the deep blue waters of the Firth of Lorn stands Oban Distillery, one of Scotland's oldest whisky makers and the heart of the very community that has grown up around it. While much has changed since Oban first opened its doors, our seven-strong family ensures the methods that have nurtured our whisky craft for over 200 years live on.

This exclusive, 13-year-old Oban Single Malt Scotch Whisky has gone through an initial maturation in refill casks for over 10 years before being bathed in the golden embrace of hand-selected ex-Oloroso and Palo Cortado sherry casks from Andalusia. We've allowed the whisky to rest for over four transformative years under the influence of these vibrant Southern Spanish casks.

The result is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky that transports your palate from windswept harbors to a sun-drenched Andalusian landscape, where the distinctive saltiness of Oban is met with a flourish of raisin, charred orange rind, and toasted sugar. A hint of spice from the European oak casks greets you on the finish.

Presented at its natural cask strength, this Oban expression is crafted to be savored neat or with a splash of water, inviting you to explore its opulent depths. Like the spirit of a warm Oban welcome, let this be a toast to the journeys that bring us together. Slàinte
