The Aurelia Wave was designed with all the most important factors in mind: the barista, the customer, and the owner who all get the best possible experience.  Attention was given to water, eco-sustainability, quality of the espresso, digital information, and ergonomics.

Aurelia Wave Semi-Automatic Features

The Aurelia Wave semiautomatic is the basic model of the Aurelia. While it may lack volumetric dosing and an LCD display, this machine is more than capable of delivering high-quality espresso, especially at the hands of a well-trained barista. Being a semiautomatic the machine is in complete control of the barista during the extraction processes requiring them to both start and end it. This is a great commercial espresso machine for high-quality coffee shops with medium - high volume business, demanding professionals, barista competitors, and specialty coffee shops.

• Reverse mirror on the backplate so the barista can monitor every aspect of the brewing process.
• SIS (soft infusion systems) reduces the importance of proper tamping techniques for better drink consistency.

• Automatic cleaning process in which the barista can use the digital display to select the desired group or groups to be cleaned.
