New Arrivals/Restock

The vine peaches employed in creating Mathilde P?he are diminutive, boasting a durable outer layer and a moderately tender, pale interior imbued with a notably rich fragrance. These peaches, heralded as the most delectably flavorful variety, exhibit remarkable juiciness despite their petite stature, offering an intense and alluring flavor profile. Our selection process is meticulous, focusing exclusively on vine peaches cultivated in France and handpicked to guarantee their peak freshness. The peaches, encompassing their skin, flesh, and pit, undergo a process of maceration in alcohol. Every part of the peach is utilized to extract its taste and aroma to the fullest extent possible. A modest quantity of sugar is integrated, and water is introduced to achieve the desired alcohol content, resulting in a liqueur with a well-rounded and distinctly satisfying palate.
