The Maestro Dobel Humito is a bright, clear liquid with touches of silver and an exceptional body that comes from high-quality agave. Its aroma is notably smokey and complex, with forward notes of ending, mesquite wood, and fruity floral tones. It is perfectly balanced as sensations of buttery caramel, cooked agave, olive, and dried fruit are present. Its taste is delicate and has a satisfying bouquet of sweet caramel flavors with maple and honey-top notes layered with the essence of fresh-cut mesquite wood. The palette’s finish is long and has hints of roasted nuts and vanilla. It is smooth, yet it preserves the woody characteristics in taste and aroma that are associated with a reposado.
