Lochlea is an independent, family-owned distillery in the heart of Ayrshire, Scotland, known for growing their own barley and producing distinctive single malt whiskies. The Fallow Edition (First Crop) is part of their seasonal range and is matured exclusively in first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks.
This expression is unpeated and showcases Lochlea’s commitment to transparency, sustainability, and innovation in whisky-making. The deep character from Oloroso casks brings out rich, nutty, and warming layers — ideal for fall sipping.
