We follow the traditions of both American and Scottish whiskey making, maturing High West High Country Single Malt with freshly charred and second-use oak barrels. Resulting in a whiskey that is distinctively American yet delicious - boasting a heavier mouthfeel, roasted malt character, and a delectable complexity.
