Hamilton 'Navy Strength' 114 Proof Rum hails from the Caribbean, a region renowned for its rich rum-making traditions. This bold spirit is crafted from molasses and distilled in pot stills, capturing the deep, robust essence of the islands. The high-proof nature of this rum pays homage to the naval rums of old, delivering an authentic Caribbean rum experience with every sip.
On the palate, expect a powerful burst of flavors, where rich molasses, toasted caramel, and dark tropical fruit notes mingle seamlessly. Subtle hints of vanilla, spice, and a touch of smokiness add complexity to the profile, while the higher alcohol content amplifies the intensity, making it a true treat for seasoned rum enthusiasts. The finish is long and warming, with a lingering taste of oak and spice.
This Navy Strength rum is best enjoyed in classic rum cocktails like the Navy Grog or a bold Daiquiri, where its strength and flavor shine through. However, for those who appreciate a strong pour, it can also be sipped neat or over a large ice cube to slightly mellow its robust character.
