CRITICAL ACCLAIM:
“Aromas of poached pear, rustic fruit tart, Cognac and marron glacé. Flavors of orange marmalade, raspberry, spiciness of rye, and bitter chocolate. The finish is mellow with a hint of exotic incense wood, moderate to long aftertaste. Fuji Single Grain Whiskey is best enjoyed in a bespoke Kimura tasting glass, or a Sauvignon Blanc wine glass, with a gentle few drops of water to elevate the aromatics, and pairs beautifully with decadent dark chocolate.” - GOLD MEDAL, 2022 SF WORLD SPIRITS COMPETITION
2020-2023 GOLD, INTERNATIONAL SPIRITS CHALLENGE
DISTILLERY NOTES:
OVERVIEW: “The rich fruitiness and subtle spiciness are the character of Single Grain, a symphony of three different styles of grain whiskies.”
TASTING: AROMAS - "Fruity aromas of raspberry and orange marmalade, and sweet aromas of pound cake.; PALATE - Mellow with multiple layers of white grape, orange peel and raspberry; FINISH - Slightly sweet with oak wood and spicy notes."
