New Arrivals/Restock

117 proof. Batch 28 of Four Gate’s Kelvin Collaboration takes a heritage blend of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and finishes it in Australian Apera Sherry and Jamaican Dark Rum casks—then bottles it as a barrel-finished, limited release. This is the flagship partnership with Louisville’s Kelvin Cooperage, the team behind the custom casks that define the series. Four Gate, founded by Bill Straub and Bob D’Antoni, is known for limited, high-proof blends and transparency about its finishing; the distillery origin is not disclosed. At 58.5% ABV, the fortified-wine and rum cask influence pushes bold fruit, molasses, and spice while preserving bourbon’s caramel and oak core. Collectors chase these Kelvin Collaborations because each batch is one-and-done—once this V release is gone, the exact profile won’t return.
