Crafted in our historic and award-winning firehouse-turned-distillery, this award-winning rum is named in honor of the Humane Fire Engine Company No. 1, which dates back to the 1800s and where every Five Saints craft spirit comes to life.

Its flavor? That comes straight from our founder’s memories of an adventurous childhood running wild through rural upstate New York in the ’60s and ’70s—where crisp autumn air, warm bourbon, sticky maple, and Grandma’s butter pecan ice cream were staples of the season.
