Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky

Light, fruity amd full of flavour. Matured in first fill bourbon oak.

Light, creamy and fruity with flavours of citrus, caramel, honey and vanilla.

Filey Bay Flagship is a Yorkshire single malt whisky crafted with care and matured in first fill bourbon oak. At 46% ABV, it delivers a robust yet approachable character that showcases the distillery's commitment to quality. On the nose, expect bright citrus notes mingling with warm vanilla and honey. The palate opens with a light, creamy texture before revealing layers of orchard fruit, caramel sweetness, and subtle oak influence. The finish is clean and lingering, with a pleasant warmth that invites another sip. This is a versatile dram — equally rewarding neat, with a splash of water to open up its complexity, or as the foundation for a considered whisky cocktail. A genuine expression of Yorkshire character in a bottle.
