El Dorado Enmore Cask Strength Single Still Rum 2009 is a rare, high‑proof Demerara rum distilled on the historic Enmore Wooden Coffey Still (EHP)—the last operational wooden column still in the world. Aged 12 years in ex‑bourbon casks and bottled at full cask strength, this release delivers the purest, most intense expression of Enmore’s signature profile: dry oak, pencil shavings, dark fruit, tannin, and aromatic spice.
As part of El Dorado’s Cask Strength Single Still Series, this 2009 vintage showcases the Enmore still’s uniquely dry, structured, and wood‑forward character in its most authentic form. Compared to the standard 40% version, the cask strength edition is sharper, deeper, more tannic, and dramatically more expressive, making it a must‑have for collectors and Demerara purists.
