Don Mateo Mezcal Pechuga is a premium, small-batch mezcal crafted in the heart of Oaxaca, Mexico. This artisanal spirit is distinguished by its traditional pechuga production method, where a whole chicken breast is suspended in the still during distillation, imparting subtle fruity and savory notes that set it apart from standard mezcals.

The result is a smooth, complex spirit with layers of smoke, agave, and delicate floral undertones. Perfect for sipping neat or as the foundation for elevated cocktails, Don Mateo Pechuga showcases the dedication of master mezcaleros committed to preserving time-honored distilling techniques.

An exceptional choice for connoisseurs and a memorable gift for spirits enthusiasts who appreciate authentic Mexican craftsmanship and nuanced flavor profiles.
