The Dark Arts Whiskey House 9.5YR Sauternes Cask Single Barrel Edition is a limited-release cask strength straight bourbon that explores the intersection of bold American whiskey and refined French dessert wine.
Matured in charred American oak before being finished in carefully selected Sauternes wine casks from Bordeaux, this expression develops exceptional layers of honeyed fruit, vanilla, oak spice, and rich caramel while preserving the full-bodied character expected from a cask strength bourbon.
Bottled without chill filtration to retain maximum flavor and mouthfeel, each sip delivers a luxurious balance of sweet stone fruits, toasted oak, baking spices, and a long, warming finish that evolves with every pour.
Crafted for collectors and enthusiasts alike, the 9.5YR Sauternes Cask Single Barrel Edition represents Dark Arts Whiskey House's commitment to producing distinctive, small-batch bourbons with uncompromising character.
