A distinct artisanal whisky, Collingwood is made with unique artisanship by local distillers who carry on the exacting traditions of Canadas longest continuously owned and operated distillery. The finest Canadian grains and the purest water from the Georgian Bay in Collingwood, Ontario puts this hand crafted whisky in a class of its own. Triple distilled and matured in white oak barrels, Collingwood undergoes a finishing step called maplewood mellowing. This mellowing technique, using toasted maple wood, removes any ligering harshness. The result is distinctive and easy-to-drink. AROMA: The nose offers graham-cracker sweetness with delicate notes of vanilla, caramel and butterscotch underpinned by a rich floral and fruit character.
