Cointreau Noir Liqueur 750mL

Cointreau Noir Liqueur

Orange–Cognac Blend | 80 Proof (40% ABV) | 750 mL

Process & Profile

Cointreau Noir is a refined fusion of 70% Cointreau triple sec and 30% Rémy Martin Cognac (Fine Champagne), reviving Édouard Cointreau’s original “Le Majestic” recipe from the early 1900s. It delivers elegant citrus freshness layered with velvety cognac warmth, nutty accents, and gentle spices, making it a sophisticated alternative to darker spirits.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Golden amber hue that pearlesces over ice

• Nose: Zesty orange peel with complex notes of vanilla, honey, dried fruit, almond, gingerbread, and subtle oak

• Palate: Bright citrus marmalade and tangerine, balanced with rich cognac flavors—vanilla, toffee, saffron, walnut—on a smoothly textured canvas

• Finish: Long and bittersweet, featuring lingering orange zest, warm spice, saffron, and light oak

What Makes It Special

• A luxurious blend of Cointreau triple sec and Rémy Martin Cognac

• Offers a richer, more nuanced character than standard orange liqueurs

• Designed for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in premium cocktails

• Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) for a bold yet balanced profile

• Created by the merged heritage of Cointreau and Rémy Cointreau

How to Enjoy
