Cembra Schiava is a charming red wine that hails from the Trentino-Alto Adige region of northern Italy, renowned for its alpine landscapes and cool-climate vineyards. Crafted by Cembra Cantina di Montagna, a cooperative winery dedicated to preserving local traditions, this Schiava is a true reflection of its terroir. It presents a pale ruby color in the glass and offers delicate aromas of red berries, cherry, and wildflowers, with a subtle earthy undertone. On the palate, it is light-bodied and vibrant, with bright acidity and soft tannins, leading to a refreshing finish. Cembra Schiava is a versatile wine that pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes, including roasted chicken, pasta primavera, and charcuterie platters.
