This Whisky is a time capsule. It’s been patiently aging in oak barrels since 2017, while the world and our distillery changed around it. Now in this first limited release (only 500 bottles Canada wide), we hope it will be enjoyed during the moments in life that deserve to be marked with stories of your own. The triumphs and celebrations, and the everyday victories. Reward yourself by raising a glass. Grown, fermented, distilled, and bottled in Calgary, Alberta, this complex Single Malt offers the familiar and comforting flavours of chocolate and baking spices, making for a spirit that’s smooth, robust and warm.

Distillers tasting notes: On the nose, maple and toasted banana. On the palate, vanilla, baking spices, caramel and sweet cigar smoke.
