A hot lager, what the hell is that? Well, we had to partake in this fun. This a lager style beer that is brewed at an extremely warm temperature, like really warm, like so warm that it goes against everything traditional brewers know and love about lagers. This beer features the amazing Lemon Drop Hops and the amazing LalBrew Voss Kveik Yeast! This yeast ferments at 86-90 degrees and will ferment in 3-4 days! Yes, it's awesome! So make sure you can hold that warm temperature for fermentation.
This is also a limited-release recipe, once we are out of ingredients the recipe will be gone! So don’t miss out on this one.
