Blueberry Bandwagon Fruited Sour is a light, tart, and easy-drinking fruited sour packed with blueberry flavor and aroma. Bavarian Weissbier extract, Golden LME, lactose, lactic acid, blueberries, Cheerios, and vanilla come together for a refreshing summer beer with fruity brightness and a smooth finish.
- Fruited sour character with tart blueberry flavor and refreshing drinkability
- Bright blueberry aroma from 2 pounds of pureed frozen blueberries
- Smooth body and softness from lactose, Golden LME, and Cheerios
- Light vanilla finish that rounds out the fruit and tartness
Tart, fruity, smooth, and built for warm-weather drinking, this is one bandwagon worth jumping on.
Contains Lactose: This recipe includes lactose, a milk-derived sugar. In a finished 2-gallon batch, that equals about 0.25 oz, or 7 g, per 16 oz pint. If you are sensitive to lactose or avoid milk-derived ingredients, select a lactose-free recipe instead.
