Made from sustainably sourced beet and cane sugar to extremely strict quality standards. Rock crystals are the easiest to use for home brewing applications, allowing for easy storage and addition to the boil.

Imparts a neutral flavour to beers. Easily fermentable by yeast. Good for any style that requires a gravity boost without adding colour or taking room in the mash tun.
