Avion Reserva 44 is an extra añejo tequila aged 44 months — each bottle numbered and hand-signed by Avión founder Ken Austin, with special care given in the final month of aging.
The flagship of the Avion range, Reserva 44 ages a full 44 months in oak, with a unique final-month process that rotates the barrels to deepen the character. The result is a rich, smooth extra añejo with roasted agave, marzipan, vanilla, and a lightly spiced finish, smooth enough to enjoy neat.
It is best savored neat, though it also brings depth to a premium cocktail.
