Pop open a bottle of radiant summer sunshine with this light and effervescent 2021 Palaka Aloha Rosé. Glimmering pink hues delight in the glass, hinting at a zippy, fruity sipping experience. On the nose, vibrant notes of strawberry mingle with delightfully tart blood orange and fragrant acacia flowers. Subtle notes of citrus round out a pleasant, fruity drinking experience sure to best even the hottest of summer days. This 2022 Palaka Aloha Rosé hails from California’s award-winning Central Valley, where a vast spectrum of enriched clay and sandy soils provide a brilliant backdrop for viticultural success. The reliable heat of brilliant, cloudless days is only matched by the cooling, temperate nights, extending the growing season and infusing each grape with unbelievable juiciness and sweetness. Like many rosés, this Palaka Aloha fits right in with crunchy salads and lighter meat fare like a salade nicoise, creamy garlic hummus, blackened salmon, or spicy ahi tuna.
